Q:      What kind of warranty does Green Valley Tint offer?

A:      We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our films, and the garantee that we'll still be here to help and serve you if you ever need to make a warranty claim.


Q:      What are the Nevada Tint laws?

A:      Legal limit in Nevada is 35% on the front windows in your car, suv, or truck, and there is no limit on the back half of the car.


Q:      How long will it take to tint my car?

A:      If you set up an appointment with us ahead of time we can generally garantee your car being finished in about an hour and half to 2 hours.(exceptions on some vehicles, call for details) We do accept walk in customers, but we tend to all of our scheduled appointments first.


Q:      How do I clean the windows after they have been tinted?

A:      You can clean clean you windows with any ammonia free window cleaning product. We recommend Sprayway® Worlds Best Glass Cleaner, which you can find at most of your neighborhood grocery stores.


Q:      How long do I have to wait to roll the windows down after they have been tinted?

A:      Wait 3-5 days to roll your window down, this is to ensure that your film is a dry and stuck to the window. If you park your car in the sun, the film will dry faster.


Q:      Does Green Valley Tint do mobile tinting?

A:       Unfortunately we do not offer mobile services, we do tint commercial and residential buildings where we come to you, but with the dust in the Las Vegas valley we cannot ensure a quality tint job away from our shop and controled enviornment.


Q:      Am I going to have to worry about this turning purple?

A:       Just make sure no ammonia products! (Windex!) Ammonia causes the film to delaminate which causes the films to fade to purple.


Q:      What voids my warranty?

A:      Your warranty is covered by any damage not caused by the consumer.


Q:      Is a glare strip included?

A:      Glare Strips are not included with the estimated price, unless specified by the customer.


Q:      Is this the same quality tint as the tint at a home improvement store?

A:      No! All of our films are high quality films order directly from our manufactures.


Q:      What do I do if I need to make a warranty claim?

A:      When your car is finished we will give you a warranty card. As long as you hold on to that, if you need ot make a warranty claim you can call our shop at 566-4000 and scheudule your car for warranty, and when you bring your car in give us your warranty card and well fo from there.
